Last weekend, I headed to the Westbourne Summer Festival to help my friend with her stall. Shel makes all her own jewellery and I have a few pieces myself! It’s always great to hang with Shel because she is so crazy and funny, so I knew we would have fun – and we did.
Although she makes the jewellery, I’m the one who sells. Whenever she stepped away from the stall, I sold a piece of jewellery. I don’t think she minded all that much, but I guess I have knack for these things, hehe. It’s the same when we have our summer stall in Camden…
Anyways this was what I wore. It was an unbearable 30° so I had to wear something incredibly lightweight. That’s where this gorgeous dress came in. The pattern looks polka dot (which wouldn’t be a shock considering my obsession with polka dots – regular readers will understand ;p), but it’s actually sea shells. There is a close-up of the print, below. It’s a halter neck dress, which I love and is very cute and girly. It does now have me hankering for a red polka dot dress though…
I completed the outfit with a cardigan and the most comfortable sandals. Marks & Spencer have some really great shoes and sandals at the moment, if you’re looking for comfort at really good prices – head there!
